Your gift welcomes newcomers to the U.S.
A gift of welcome helps newcomers to the U.S. navigate the complex legal process of becoming residents or citizens. MCC U.S. organizes and hosts immigration law trainings, preparing people to begin the accreditation process to accompany migrants in legal proceedings. And MCC staff such as Gregoria Flores-Nuñez, left, work directly with immigrants, including Angie Batiz and her daughter Angelie Batiz, who came to the U.S. from Honduras and live in New York City. MCC also provides encouragement and resources to congregations as they welcome newcomers.
