Through MCC programs such as Serving and Learning Together (SALT), International Volunteer Exchange Program (IVEP), Young Anabaptist Mennonite Exchange Network (YAMEN), Seed and Summer Service, young adults strive to model Jesus’ example of service. As they live, work and worship in new communities around the world, or in new roles in their home communities, they are gaining leadership skills they can use throughout their lives.
